hey there.

Bish, bang, whack!

My roomie really lived up to her nickname, “Bang bang”.

During yesterday’s training, she really “bang-ed” me with the ball and it smacked right onto my helmet. And thank God for helmets! So many people got whacked on the face yesterday, I was beginning to think that helmets are more important than paddles

But of course that would be a silly thought, wouldn’t it?

And training wasn’t the best but I think that at least I know where to go from there. Although I was getting whacked and smacked and spraining my fingers all over the place. But those happen all the time don’t they? That did say a lot about my reflexes last night though. -_-”

Bummer bummer.

I’m embarrassed to say I can’t do a proper dip, so that’s something that requires a bit more effort now. Close-range shootings were off, way off and I can only looked on in amazement as the rest managed to give nice shots. I had to put up with some shit unpleasant stuff too. But what can I say? Hahaha, not like I really cared about it afterwards anyway.

Ahem, a feat was achieved today though. I managed to wake up in time for my 830am lesson with a swollen finger. Yanking the tape off the finger induced many sharp jolts of pain and that kind of really woke me up. But I digressed. What surprised my mates the most was that I kept wide awake throughout the 4 hours lectures today. I didn’t even dozed off.

They nearly wanted to applaud me, but I had them not to.

And because this week was a little bit kinder as there aren’t any pressing tests nor lab reports, I decided to catch a movie tonight. The movie was long and Wang Lee Hong spoke mandarin with a canadian accent. It was initially funny to hear his very nasal pronunciation of every word he spoke but I got used to it gradually.

I mean given 2.5hours, how can you not get used to it?

The movie had a sad ending but I can live with that. By the way, the movie was Lust, Caution, if you are above 16, you could catch that. And oh, thank you for driving! But you still owe me money hor. (: And it is so  not about the diamond ring..

I think the happy thing was not about watching the movie but actually being able to go out instead of studying. It seemed that I haven’t been doing much except studying and not that that’s a bad thing. It’s just that I’m big on equilibrium, and I do think it’s important to strike a balance in whatever I’m attempting.

Too much of something is always bad.

Tomorrow’s lesson starts at 1230, I can sleep in late. I should probably read my book or something. Friday should be fun. I hope. Hahah.

I’m rambling.
